MerckIndiaCRM is a real-time Order Tracking system. All the 3000 distributors/ Customers of the company place orders directly
on the system. The system in turn interfaces seamlessly with SAP to generate orders in SAP and then uploads the orders’
information directly on the system. Post implementation of this system the order processing time has been reduced from 7
days to 3 days.
